Yes with our Hyundai Tuscon. Switching to Gummy Charge Fe 2 fixed that. The request to dl the address book wasn't automatic. The request didn't last long on the notifications either.

Having the same problem in my 2011 Dodge Ram truck (see thread "contacts"). I have figured out how to transfer one contact at a time, but when I try to transfer all of my contacts I get a bad data message. Verizon suggested it's a vehicle problem, I'm not so sure.

Gee Verizon blaming the vehicle now........ wait there are several types listed just in this post, not to mention the dozen or so I have seen in other posts relating to other android phones that do not pair with the vehicle bluetooth. So is that to mean that every car has an problem??? I really think it is Verizon and the bluetooth setup in the android phones. The unfortunate thing is that other than rooting I am not sure there is a fix for this.

2012 Prius v & same situation - I can pair up & make calls, but cannot d/l phonebook to use voice-activated calling by name. Everywhere I browse on the internets seems to have the consensus that the Samsung Charge sucks in terms of BT.
