I have a 2nd failure occurance, one about 2 weeks ago before EE1. I was in the middle of a call within a good signal area, 4G, the other party could not hear me, I could hear my own side tones and the other end, but all they heard was static. Subsiquent call backs did not help. I called my phone from my wifes with the same issue. I took the phone to the verizon store so they could verify and document the failure. A normal power off then on restores the phone to normal. The V rep saw the a few other users were having the same problem and at least one thru multiple phones. I am trying to figure out if this is related to power on hours, apps either preinstalled or installed by me. Has anybody else had this same issue??
