The most direct way is through screenshot.
Open the text messages that you want, and press "Sleep/Wake" button and "volume key" at the same time to take a screenshot of contacts, then send them to yourself by email to print.

Personally, I prefer to print text with third party tools, which can be used to extract your phone data to pc. Just download and install it ony your pc, connect phone via USB, then you can preview the phone data on the interface after scanning. Then you can choose the messages to export. Suggestions about the tools: Android File Transfer and Android Manager.

Well, for android phone users, you just need an android assistant to transfer the texts or other data from your phone to pc,
and save them as printable format, then if your computer has linked with a printer, you can freely print your text messages out.

The same operation can be applied to android phone contacts and notes.
